From the White House to the Women’s World Cup, from the Super Bowl Halftime Show to the Oscars, Kara has 20+ years in senior roles across government, tech, Hollywood, and sports. She’s the founder of Sage & Keystone, a chief of staff coaching consultancy. Prior, she served as Chief of Staff for Product & Design at Capital One and Intuit. At the start of the pandemic, Kara created and led California’s Data Insights Working Group, delivering insights daily to the Governor and his senior staff to enable key policy decisions. She also advised on the City of San Diego's Customer Experience Strategy.
